The entrance of this apartment complex is very pretty - fountains, a beautiful pool, and lovely models.
HOWEVER, that is the ONLY thing that is nice about this place.
We have had things stolen from our porch several times, had mail stolen (and then had credit cards used), talked to people who had anything from their motorcycle to their identity stolen here (again, from the same mail thieves).
We have woken up on Mondays following holiday weekends and gone outside to discover puddles (not one puddle - several different puddles) of vomit due to the over-enthusiastic partying of the weekend.
The neighbors below us had a dog (which are supposedly not allowed) who barked and howled all day and night long for MONTHS, even though several neighbors complained.
And when the dog person finally did move out, we got a tweaker who came home from clubs and turned on techno - LOUD - around 3:00 am about 2 or 3 times a week. This went on - again, for months - even though we complained many times to security.
The place is also dirty, things are constantly broken (including one of the two washers available on our "wing" - which, by the way, has been broken for over a year now), there is such bad termite damage that you can FEEL the holes in the floor underneath the carpet and, to top it all off, the rent keeps going up, up, up! (seriously, $1355 for a small one bedroom'!')
If you're looking for excitement, though - the other night we heard gunshots and later, driving through the complex to go to the store, there were two cop cars, an ambulance and the crime scene investigation van blocking the way - and yes, this was INSIDE the actual complex, not out on the street. NICE.
My husband and I went to look at other apartments and ended up wondering why the h*ll we stayed in this dump for three years - do yourself a favor, stay away!
