You guys are idiots. You live in an apartment across the street from ORANGE COAST COLLEGE. What the hell do you expect' OF COURSE there will be partying, noise, drunks, etc, etc, etc. IT'S ACROSS THE STREET FROM A COLLEGE!! Have you ever been to a college'
I've lived her 9months, never had anything stolen, never seen a vehicle broken into, neighbors are all young, college students that are very friendly.
Maintenance does lots of work same-day, and management was understanding about a rent-check mixup. It is true that the gates are always broken, however I don't know of anyone that has had their cars vandalized. The pipes in the underground parking no longer leak.

The thing you fail to mention is that yes, college kids are loud and annoying.. but the college kids who live at matinique think that they are a bunch of gods because mommy and daddy pay their rent.. so they can do whatever the hell they want at any hour they want... everyone else be damned. You want to sleep at 4am on a tuesday? Tough... because there is no way the people next door are going to be considerate. I saw more -------- in this apartment complex then I ever wanted to. I am IN college and I still can't fathom the idiocy of the residents here.

Please don't refer to OCC as a "college". You'll just encourage them to think they are actually doing something with their lives. It's day care with ash trays.
