Worst Place in the OC From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/28/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   If you like no security and having your car windows smashed out at least once a month in the underground parking then this is the place for you. Management is totally uninvolved. Most residents are loud obnoxious white trash college drunks hanging off their balconies vomiting on most weekends and playing loud music. Gangster and thugs are constantly roaming around the gounds late at night yelling and making lots of noise. If you look at them they want to fight you. The pool and hot tub is a urinal. The elevators always smell like smoke. The garage areas are dimly lit and unpatroled, a real bad place for any female most of the time. There are lots of crimes there that the management hides under the rug. Mail delivery is horrible. I get everyone's mail but my own. The garage openers never work. The only time you see security is when your tags expire then they're on top of you threatening to have you towed which by the way cost over $200.00. The maintenance is terrible too. Most of the workers barely speak english and don't understand what you need them to do. If you ask for anything out of the ordinary forget it. They'll tell you they will speak to their supervisor and you'll never see them again. I hate this place with a passion and my lease expires in one month so yippeeeee!!!!!!!!!!
