Ehhhh, its aight, but not worth the $$$ From: WLSstudent Date posted: 7/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I lived in the Camdens for almost a year. I have to admit, it looks really nice from the outside and the apartments are cute. But its true that the residents are primarily loud, obnoxious college students. Not all, but a lot of them. The find it necessary to have conversations in the hallways (echoing) at 3 in the morning. They also find it necessary to bump their car stereos while they drive home at 3 in the morning. As far as maintenance goes, they aight. It takes a while for them to respond but they do get there eventually. They will keep your deposit. Security: non-existent. I never had anything personally happen to me or my car (thank g-d) but there were police and fire dept there at least once a month. My apartment was overlooking the main driveway so I could see everything. Also, I heard tons of stories of stolen or vandalized cars. So be careful. There are some nice people living in the building and some friendly neighbors. But if you decide to move in, prepare to tolerate noise. Overall, I give this apt building a C-.
