Not worth the money From: abizareaf Date posted: 9/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   There are better places for the price you pay. Basically its a building filled with noisy teenagers, if you are a professional then try another apartment. Living on the lower floors you experience, very frequent loud music from the cars as they pull into the driveway. Maintenence is not at all adequate. Non-professional/cooperative staff. Very friendly once you sign the lease, when you move out, you'll be in for a surpeise when you recieve the bill in the mail. I recieved mine for $2500, althought he apt. was kept for a short period of 3 months. try another complex, unless you study in OC county college.
