I used to live at this complex for a year and was relieved when I left. They always left the gate open so I was always worried about my car being vandalized. Management was nice to me before I moved in but once I moved in it was difficult to get someone to fix anything. Management was rude and they even charged rent on my credit card twice without my authorization. I couldn't believe some of the things that they were doing and customer service was so low. The people that worked at the complex constanly complained about how much they hated their jobs and everytime I complained as to why no one will come by to fix anything...they just ignored me. It was really frustrating. In addition, they will nickle and dime you for everything and will always find a reason to keep your deposit. This was one of the worst places that I have ever lived. They were so desperate for rent that they just let anyone live there. Too much noise at night and the so called security on the premises was rarely ever seen. I think they fell asleep in the small booth. I think that the Costa Mesa police within the complex was becoming a familiar sight which worried me even more.
