Hello, I am a prospective tenant. We recently viewed the property and liked what we saw. The outside looked lovely and were impressed with the model that we were shown. I have read alot of horrible reviews, and am now having second thoughts. I am not really bothered by noise, having had lived in San Francisco for the past three years and am used to loud neighbors and bums fighting on the street.

I am, however, concerned with the breaking in/vandalizing of cars and property, mold in the apartments, etc. We also have an 8 month old daughter and are concerned with her as well, for I have read many reviews that state this is NOT the place for people with children.

Dude, don't do it! way too many "THUGS" read the costa mesa daily pilot police section! tons of theft reports... find another place, this too unsafe! looks nice..true.. but its bad news

Your rent will INCREASE $80. to $100. every time your lease is up! CAMDEN will try to keep ALL of your deposit, they claim "paint damage" to get you to pay to have the apt re-painted! they will claim CARPET DAMAGE" when all they do is shampoo... and bill you for it! CAMDEN is responsible for that! take them to court.. you'll win..

The property is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. I have been a renter for 10 years and can tell you that no matter where you live, crime will occur. The Camden staff are great and maintenance has always been fantastic!! Good luck with your choice!
