Pretty good place to live

I read quite a few comments about the noise level here and in talking to people I have heard it depends on the building you are in. This is an apartment building, there is no way to get rid of all the noise, people are living on top of each other. This place is ten times better than my last aparmtnet where I could hear my downstairs neighbors phone conversations and he wasn't yelling. I live in building A and it's pretty quiet. I can rarely hear my neighbors, the walls seem pretty thick. It gets loud I leave my balcony doors open and people have a party and leave their balcony doors open. The way the apartments are built, if you face out into the pool area the sound echo's throughout the complex. I've had no problems with vandalism and feel safe living here though I don't like the parking garage. There is no exit except for the elevator and no windows so if the power goes out you're stuck in the dark. The appliances aren't the newest but the maintanence people are quick to get up and fix things, I have no complaints. It's a good place to live.
