i lived in camden for two years, i moved out in january across the street to harbor greens.
not a good decision.
yeah its pricey. yeah its noisy. but it is costa mesa AND it is right across from the college so what do you really expect'
the only thing keeping me from moving back is an incident that happened on new years day that affected me personally. but otherwise i didnt have any major problems.
i wouldnt recommend families moving in, unless you get a quiet building.
