Of course the first impression is the approach Camden uses to lure their prospective tenants in, but unfortunately that's about it.
The management as well as the leasing agents are all idiots. They often take way too long to respond to requests. I've called them many times in the last week to process an application (which generally takes 10 minutes), and told me that they'll call me back in a couple days. SLOWW! So unacceptable. I don't understand why they can be so undisturbed by the needs and complaints of the customers. Their excuse, they're "really busy." --well hire more people, and people that know what they are doing.
To put in a work orders is like asking a 4-yr old to do a calculus problem. It'll take them 18 years to even take care of, literally. I still have a pending work order!
That's all I'll write for now- just beware of the first impression, and of course ask the current residents how long they've lived there, why they live there, and if they still enjoy living there.
