average From: stargazer1221 Date posted: 2/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I will have lived here a year in March and I haven't had any serious problems. The parking, facilities and grounds are average though parking is a problem if you have more than one car and one spot, there's not a lot of residental/visitor parking around. The office staff have always been friendly enough to me though they are not always particularily professional (talking to me about the management in a critical way, criticizing the apartment features etc). The apartment itself is average though highly overpriced. I live in A building and I haven't had any problems with noise though I have heard that in some other buildings it is a big problem. My only noise complaint comes from the way the complex is designed. I live facing the inner courtyard and sound travels like crazy, especially when someone leaves their balcony door open. The one and only time it has been an issue while I've been here, I asked the people politly to turn the music down. They did, I went to sleep and it was no problem. I expect a certain amount of noise in any apartment. We're literally living on top of each other, you're bound to hear somethings. The few maintanence problems I have had were fixed promtly and correctly. I will be moving out when my lease is up only because my rent is increasing by approx $350. They use this supply and demand computer system and apparently the price of one bedroom's in this area is skyrocketting. Overall, it's a decent, average community. If you were willing to look you could probably find someplace nicer for the same price you would pay here but I have had a decent experience here.
