I've lived at Camden for two and a half years. When I first moved in I loved it. It was beautiful, and also my first apartment. Then about a six months later I began to hate it. We lived right on the street so anyone going out to their car or any car alarms would wake us up. Then I transfered at the end of that year to a fourth floor apartment. I loved it the 4th floor has fireplaces and you get a lot of sun and air. I was reading the reviews on here and thought I might let everyone know. Usually the only people who write bad reviews are the ones who are making the noise and trouble. I love it here. My boyfriend lives in another apartment complex where there is no visitor parking at all. None of his things that needed to be fixed have been fixed since he moved in there. The maitenence here fixes things in orderly fashion, and they are all so nice. They are always running around. So here is whats new. They have people cleaning around the area so the elevators and things look nice. They are selling parking spots so that now my boyfriend has his very own instead of looking for parking (which is only bad late at night.) And the new manger is soo nice, I had a problem with the rain on my balcony backing up and she made sure someone went up right away to check it out. I have NEVER even seen an ant or rodent in my apartment and those kids making tons of noise across from my building are gone. Don't know if they were kicked out or what but they are gone. Anyways compared to where my boyfriend lives and my other friends this place is nice. And it has gotten so much better. I don't know I guess people compain about things more than they appreciate them. I looked at all the other ratings and none were good. It's about time we start looking at the good things instead of just the bad, if I went off the ratings on here I wouldn't move anywhere.

I agree with you 100%. This is a nice place to live. I have lived here for 3 and a half years and can't wait to sign a new long lease. You sound like a nice person, to bad you have a boyfriend. If he treats you bad let him know you have guy waiting to treat you like the lady you are. Anyways I have never had any bad experinces living here. The management staff has maintence take care of any problems on the same day 24/7. The new manager is a very nice lady and makes sure things get done. She even called me after the maintence person left to make sure I was happy with the service. She is going to weed out any trouble makers that got in from the last manager and make this a more family friendy apartment complexe. Before you decide at least come by and check this place out. Talk to a few people who live here like me and the lady who wrote this reveiw.
Thanks and good luck finding your new home if it's sadly not here. It's always nice to have another nice person/family as a neighbor.
