the genius who decided to build an apartment building next to a car dealership needs to be shot. don't move into the F building. my bedroom is on the other side of the parking lot of the car dealership which installs car alarms from 6am to 6 pm. we have huge rats which they refuse to call an exterminator for because it would cost to much. we had an ant problem that is definitely going to get worse in the summer. we are on the bottom floor and we have a leak. how do you get a leak when your on the bottom floor' not to mention that we had some sort of plant growing up our toilet and the first night we moved in we spent the entire time up to our ankles in poo water trying to figure what was going on. our cars have been broken into on several occassions despite locking the doors. they charge you $50 per garage clicker and its not even for your own garage it's for a parking structure below the building. this isn't even the beginning... just dont move here, it's not even worth the close proximity to OCC.
