I visited the complex on a late Friday afternoon.

Pro's: The leasing agent was very friendly and accomodating.
The grounds, particularly the walkways and lawns, were generally clean.
An elevator building, so a big plus for the lazy.
Underground parking with controlled access.
Apparently, management is currently repainting the facade of the buildings. I don't know which ones and in what order.
The layouts and staging of the one bedrooms (2) were very good but not excellent. However, finding an appropriate place for the TV was a problem in one of the floorplans.
Above average guest parking compared to other apartment communities (at least 40'), but there were no open spaces when I was there.

Cons: Music was loudly blaring from two different units either from the A complex or next to it. This was a big negative for me.
The facade of the buildings needs a facelift. Therefore, mgmt is repainting them.
The community is located in close proximity to a local college. Therefore, I suspect noise by the young students living in this community will be an issue.
The community is surrounded by at least two other apartment communities which are lower in quality and pricing, translating into less favorable neighbors.

In sum: Good for college students and young professionals just starting out. Bad for the more mature professional group and older.
