I have lived in Camden Martinique, 450 sqft junior 1bed,
for three yeas and now thinking of moving out.
although there are impressive pool, lush landscaping,
good atitude maintenance guys, underground parking
structure with elevator.
Rent keeps on increasing every year!!
Started from 1st year at $1,000, 2nd year at $1,150
and 3rd year $1,400! $400 increase in 2 years!
Are they crazy or what'!
I want to tell management that (well, seems like
they keep on quiting every month and I dont know
who to talk... residents are NOT STUPID!!
We want what we are paying for.
And I do not think $1,400 for 450 sqft apartment
in Costa Mesa is worth it.

That's terrible. We are looking to move and are finding 750 sq. foot apartments and more for $1200-1350/month.
We're done with these corporate complexes where the staff quit every month and you never get a sympathetic ear. Go with the private, or smaller places. You don't get the pool, spa, and fitness center type stuff, but you get cheaper rent and bigger space.
