Please dont waste your money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Management has no idea what is going on with the community. All they are concerned about is collecting their commission. They do not keep records of what takes place in your apartment therefore making you pay for damages that were already in place before move-in and when the maintenance crew causes more damage while trying to "fix" something. The community is not kept up well at all. Both mine and my roommates care were broke into on several occasions. Things were stolen from our patio. Cops where there on a daily basis along with the CSI van. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND SAFETY.
