DISGUSTING COMPLEX !!!!

I had to live here for 2 years because of short distance to OCC, but enough is enough !!! I had to live with 5 rats for a while with waking up their screams at 4:00 a.m. until management found their entrance hole and closed it. I have seen people peeing in elevators, smoking pot outside of my door, having huge fights @ 3 in the morning ending up stabbing each other with knife and blood all over the place, breaking glasses, peeing in pools, cutting convertibles tops and trying to steal whatever they can find (mine was one of them). Also alarm sounds from Honda dealer from 6-6 every day except Sundays (Thank GOD)was bonus in addition to these. There are toooo many young, irresponsible and disrespectful people in this complex. If you are smart enough, do not even think about taking a tour. Ohhh before I forgot, every lease renewal means $100 increase in your payment. THIS PLACE MORE THAN SUCKSS !!!!!!!

if i had renewed my lease it was going to be an increase of $300/month.PLUS they were adding on the cost of "sewage and gas" each month

They have already added sewage and gas to our leases which is approximately $70/month. It is CRAZYYYYY !!!

I agree, I'm now paying about $40 more for utilities, which total wise comes out to around $60 for me. They added another $10.00 for the trash fee, but I don't see any difference. In fact, the trash chute near my apartment actually smells, and very strongly I might add, just walking by it whereas it didn't before. Supposedly there is a trash company that comes everyday to clean -- I would have to literally have to see this everyday to believe it, because it sure doesn't show otherwise!!!
