I've been living here for about a year now and will absolutely not continue the lease. 80% of the tenants at this complex are the typical high school dropout, GED graduate, community college lowlives that have absolutely no future or any potential to contribute to society.
Here's a list of what the expect living at Camden:
1) There are parties every night, not excluding Sunday. The parties are found in all complexes.
2) Cars get broken into frequently. I had my car window broken for no reason (nothing was stolen from the car), even though it was parked in MY spot in the UNDERGROUND, GATED parking.
3) If you live on any floor but the first floor, you cannot leave your window open without getting the residual pot/cigarette smoke from the community college students below you.
4) Cops are here frequently, but only to slow down (not stop) the violence and crime.
5) The people who run the place take part in all the partying and drug use, so appealing to them to get something done is pointless.
6) Urine and beer are consistently found in the elevators.
The place looks nice from the outside, and that defintely helped make me want to live here. I even thought that I'd enjoy partying every once in a while as well, but this complex takes it to an extreme. Don't get fooled like I did; if you're a young professional student like I am and count on getting sleep everynight, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Whoever wrote this sounds like one of the FEW decent people living here -- please take their advice. The leasing office will feed you BS excuses, and they don't even get blue in the face about it.

Thanks for the pointers. The rent is at a wonderful $887 and I was truly tempted by that and the pictures. Now I know better. Too bad too, because I'm planning on going to college (OCC) at 38, and wanted to live closer. Forget that idea.
