I only lived here for about two and half months on a month-to-month contract, because I had a temporary housing problem and had no other choice, and Camden was the only place that had an apartment available with the time frame that I needed.

However, during those 2.5 months, I saw and experienced everything that everyone of the previous posts below me have described from top to bottom and beyond. I therefore won't go into it too much, just know that I very deeply regret having signed a contract and moved in to Camden Martinique.

All I can say is if you still can, stay the hell away from this place. If I had known about this website and had taken a look at it prior to moving in, I would have avoided it and moved somewhere else.

In retrospect I can say that I would have glady lived in a tent for those 2.5 months and had a lot more peace of mind and money to show for it today.

STAY AWAY IF YOU STILL CAN!

I almost signed a lease this week. I had already seen the other bad reviews but figured that the last one was done in August 2007 so just maybe, it's ok now. But since I read your review and the other one made on 2/01, I am clearly convinced that I should not rent there. Thanks so much for the warning. Everything looked so great there that I could hardly believe the place could be that bad but looks can be deceiving. I will look somewhere else.
