I have lived here for almost 2 years and I there is always some problem, whether it be vandalism, burglaries, no parking, terrible management, increased rent and utilities, loud neighbors, people knocking on your door at all hours and lease amendments that you have no control over. We would have moved out when our first year lease expired, but we were trying to find a home and we just couldn't do it before our lease was up, which forced us to sign another year, unless we wanted to pay DOUBLE our rent each month and not renew the lease. There are so many reasons to find somewhere else to live. I wish I would have found this site before I made the terrible mistake of moving here. Don't let the outside fool you, because the inside is a virtual hell. STAY AWAY FROM CAMDEN MARTINIQUE!!!!

thank you so much. we were going to sign a lease this week because we saw the model in the daytime and it was beautiful and the grounds look great but after reading your review, which is the most recent, along with the hundred other negative reviews, we will look elsewhere. yes, looks are deceiving. thank you so much for the insight. you probably saved us from making a bad mistake.
