Everything about Camden is Ghetto. Neighbor was robbed at gun point (I gave a police report). 3 other aprtment breakins on my floor (third floor) within 3 years living. Countless (gave up after 12) cars broken into including my roomates. Police helicopter flys by weekly. Cop cars always around. 5 foundation of the "F" building are cracked and were not repaired when they remodeled. Fire alarm was pulled frequently which sets off an alarm in the apartment. We could not tolerate the annoying sound so i cut the wires to the alarm inside the apartment. 1 parking spot per bedroom or $100.00 more for each additional spot. 24 hour parking spaces in complex but are usually taken. Parking from 9-5 is ok but prepare to walk a mile on fridays and weekends. Plumbing and appliances are out dated. We had problems with the sinks, dishwasher, toilet, shower, and garbage disposal. The repair guy basically lived at our apartment. The a/c vents has a moisture drain that drains into the bathtub. The chemicals from the a/c cracked the tub, fungus grew everywhere and could not get rid of the smell. All of this and we were paying $1,450.00 in rent for 1 bed, 1 bath.

WA WA WA! A Ghetto ----- like you should be at home. More than one of the maintence personal said your apartment was always trashed and smelled bad. Hint poeple take showers with soap twice a day! No one here was sad to see you go. Your old apartment smells a lot better now too. Your old neighbor says they were not robbed at gun point either. They said you were drunk and high and freaked out when there friend pulled out a water gun. The police almost took you to jail that day for being drunk in public.
So for normal college students looking for the true college experence this place is where it's at. It is not for OLD people or Ghetto whores. We have on site security guards and it's a gated safe community. I have lived here for 3.5 years and look forward to signing my next lease here. Most of the women here are HOT and they are also very nice. For the ladies there are a lot of guys here too, but I'll leave the judgeing up to them. So if you want a fun place to live with weekend parys to meet your neighbors this is the place for you. I know all of my neighbors and they are like family. If I ever need help with something I just ask and they are there. Hope to see some new faces soon.
