I don't live there, but my mom has for 7 years. Looks nice from a distance, but from inside the property, it looks like a slum. The elevators are mopped once a month (when no one is starting fires in them), elevator permits are on their second year without being inspected or updated, the management hardly ever answers the phone (they told me because live customers are more important), the guy upstairs has a loud dog that runs around and wimpers all night(but when i complained to the office AND night security, they told me dogs aren't allowed but they can't do anything about it because it's invasion of the guy's privacy), the floors/ceilings are so paper thin, you can hear actual conversations, the garage area where the dumpsters are kept is seldom cleaned (dead appliances and trash laying in the garage for weeks), the gate to the garage is always breaking down, maintenance is done in your apartment when they get around to it, the property looks like it was painted by stevie wonder, you aren't allowed to alternate your own cars in your own assigned parking space, even if you have a $50.00 sticker on each one... they'll tow you (just try and park your rental car in your space), i've seen people piss off the balconies, i've seen used condoms on the walkways, a motorcycle was stolen out of the "secured" garage, cars are broken into, you are required to pay for cable tv, even if you have satellite or don't own a tv, units have been broken into in broad daylight and arsonists have started fires in the elevators but camden won't get cameras, and the mail boxes have been broken into. management keeps getting replaced but it does no good. i've spoken with todd bowen, the district manager. he said he would help but has done nothing. i've even spoken with the main camden office in texas but they reroute me back to todd. the property is ----. save your money.

Why would your mom live here for 7 years if it's so bad? either she is stupid or it's nice from a distance and close. You don't live here so shut it! The elevators are cleaned and mopped daily when the rest of the common area's are cleaned. But you don't live here so you would not know huh princess? They don't answer your calls since all you do is complain!! And yes people who live there are more important!! The dumpsters are dumped 2 times a week and the area around them are cleaned daily!! Get your facts right before you talk bad about this complexe. The motor cycle was not stolen but repo'd with managment knowledge. If you MOM was issues than SHE needs to talk to management. The District Manager is to help residents with issues not their spoiled little brats who do not even live there. Can't your mom take care of herself or should she move into a nurseing home?? If you have a life which I'm not sure go live it and let us live ours without having our home trashed. We are proud of our community and don't need outsiders insulting it.
