It is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I am about to break my lease because I can't bear to live here anymore. I had my bicycle stolen (it was locked to the railing in front of my second floor unit. The place is disgusting. The floors in the common areas are always disgustingly dirty. Management does nothing about complaints. When I first moved in here I requested a shower rail (it's supposed to be provided to each tenant) and was told to buy my own since it would be a while before they'd get one for me. They never did get one for my unit.
There are loud and violent fights on the hallways late at night and security never shows up to do anything about them. I've been complaining daily since the new people moved into the unit above me last week since they seem to have a child that runs all over the apartment non-stop and although they responded the first few times, they have obviously done nothing about it.
The complex looks nice on the outside, but in reality it is a ghetto. It is never clean and it is not maintained. My apartment was definitely not ready for move in when I first rented here. The sliding doors in the balcony did not even close, and in an area populated by gang members, that's not just dangerous but downright criminal to rent out a place in that condition.
Another issue is that outdoor lighting is totally inadequate. I think a lot of the crime going on would not take place if the common areas were illuminated. Walking around at night is treacherous.
Stay away from this complex. Pinecreek Village might be older but the people managing the place seem to do their job a lot better than the people at this slum.

You are such a rich witch! This is a great place to live for normal people. The management takes care any problems within reason the same day. They take pride in keeping the grounds clean and well maintained. Hey princess move since it would make everyone happy!! I know management would be happy to help you move.
