I have only lived here for 3 months and I gave my 30 day notice today!!! In my 3 months of living at the Martinique, there have been 3 fire alarms all in the early hours of the morning including LAST NIGHT at 3a.m., I have also had 2 RATS come into my apartment!!! Every Saturday night there is either a loud party or resident that is drunk and DANCING IN THE STREET or sing at 2 or 3 in the morning... The complex has a service called "Camden Patrol" their a joke as well... The elevators broke after one of the many fire alarms and it took them almost 3 days to get the elevator up and running again... The management is horrible.. They half fix things, but when it's rent time... They sure are on things then, with their notices on your doors or under the rent slot when you go to pay your rent... Management is extremely rude and take no fault to anything that goes wrong with the apartments everything is the tenants fault... Unless you know your rights... I would NEVER NEVER recommend anyone move here unless you want sleepless nights, fighting with management, or enduring loud noise at all hours of night... Just remember things are not always what it seems on the outside... They will get you everytime with there waterfalls and tropical setting... I can't wait for my move out!!!
