I am coming up on the end of my lease and can't help but wish I moved somewhere else. In the 12 months of renting here I have witnessed more cop cars/fires/drug use/parties and experienced more sleepless nights than any prior living situation. Part of this is due to being across from a college, the average age of the residents is estimated between 18-22. I can only compare the nights at Camden to being in a college dorm without security, loud and rowdy kids yelling/drinking/and urinating in public almost each day of the week.

Aesthetically the apartments look great, they take care of the outside of the complex and everything looks amazing at all times. Unfortunately the people that live here and come through nightly for parties makes the living experience quite unpleasant.

Management is very nice and usually take care of any requests promptly. Parking is an absolute nightmare, I highly recommend paying extra if possible for additional spots underground. If you come home past 7-8pm any night during the week finding a spot usually takes 10-15 minutes and you might have to park a couple blocks down. If you park outside expect random dings and scratches on your car, since the demographic is younger you will more than likely have others bumping into your vehicle on accident. (I had 3 experiences at minimum while parked inside the complex).
