i moved in during summer, because my parents were here to pick out the apartment so i didnt really give much opinion about it. outside looks nice, witht the pool and the small gym and the cozy environment my parents liked it, and decided to move in. on the day of moving in i was still in school so couldn't be here, but the other 4 family members were here, but the staff was soo rude that she wouldn't give the key to us just because i wasn't here to sign the paper first(at the same time i overheard the other staff letting new people move in first without signing the paper). not only was she bad, she even said sumthing bad to my mom just because my mom doesnt understand much of english. regardless of the chaos on the first day. after we moved in it was all cool, but then the craziness began. the wall is literally paper-thin, you could hear every word your neighbors say(especially when they're drunk). the community is BAD!BAD!BAD! living here only for 5 months, there had been a rape at night, robbery, even people who held knife against another person.
i wouldn't say this apartment is totally a no-no, people are nice and friendly (mostly college students from OCC), but with the suck attitude of the staff plus the unsecured area, really consider over and over again if you wanna move in.
