Okay, of course bad things happen everywhere, but what about every bad situation imaginable concentrated into one place, the place that you are supposed call home. I understand that the Camden's is not all entirely bad, but you have to admit that if you have heard about half the stuff that has occurred here, things that are fact, you would NOT live here.
Had I known that the police frequent this place, I would not have chosen to live here. Had I know that the next couple of months that I lived there I would hear about constant burglaries, sexual assaults, and police raids on drug dealers, I would NOT have chosen to live here. So play devils advocate all you want, but if you were to say for certain that this was either a good place or a bad place to live, you would have to be honest with yourself and look at all the factors that go into each category. The Camden's may be under a lot of maintenance as of recent, but honestly you have to question the management on how they ever let it get THIS bad, because this is really bad. And it isn't only because of the college students that live here, or the people that they chose to live here, or the area it's the management that let it get to this point. Things have gotten so out of control that now the management has to be even more strict, and enforce even more rules to make up for their lack of care and concern that the Camden's underwent previously. They have a big mess to clean up.
