Not bad for what it's worth

It's weird reading all of these reviews because I don't really feel the same way. I've been here for a while and I've only had some minor issues that have to do with maintenance of my apartment. I do hear my neighbors when they come home but it's not that bad. On the weekends, there are some parties that go on, but I expected that moving in here. We live right across the street from OCC and it seems that this is a very popular place for those college students to live. I will admit that sometimes I get a little attitude from the girls at the leasing office but the girl on the resident side is very nice.
In the end, I would recommend this place. I've had a good run and I think I might stay when my lease ends. Moving's a pain.

You obviously haven't lived there long enough. Just wait, you will see all the $hit that will go down. We had lots of problems during the year we lived there. We now live at Pinecreek Village, which is also across from OCC and across from Camden and we haven't had any problems for the past 3 years we have lived here. Maybe you are just lucky.

Yeah right! You will not be saying this when your lease is up. You will want to move as fast as you can no matter how much of a pain it is.

You probably work in the leasing office pretending to be a tenant so this place can have at least 1 good remark. Don't fall for it! Never move here, your saftey is at risk!

Maybe I'm just lucky or maybe I'm just easy going. Whatever it is, I've been here for 1.5 years and I'm not moving anytime soon. I was thinking about putting my name and apt # on this post but now I'm scared to. I don't want whoever has moved across the street to retaliate. I'm concerned because now I know how some people treat those that they feel have wronged them. Usually if I don't like something, I let it go. I don't usually post things like this on the internet but I feel like I need to tell a different story. Everyone has a different experience. Mine happens to be good. Anyone reading this, take what you want from it. It doesn't bother me whether anyone lives here or not. Your choice, not mine! :)
