Please do not even think about living here if you dont enjoy dorm living, Mold, ants and constant maintenance calls. The apartment is basically a huge dorm community for the college students. The elevators constantly smell like urine( my boyfriend actually saw someone pissing in it) blood trails around your front door and loud parties and stomping on the floors above you! I have call maintenance 4x in 1 mth. The air conditioner was leaking on my bathroom floor, garbage disposal stopped working, ant infestation and a huge leak in my bedroom closet. The leak came from another apartment a couple of doors down. By the time they came and cleaned it there was MOLD growing on my shoes. Since this mold can be highly allergetic and possibly life threatening we wanted to be put up in a hote until the mold was cleaned. The complex said they will not pay for that b/c our apt was still livable( according to the maintenance guy) We did not have the money to stay in a hotel ourselves so we had to stay in our place with the smell of mildew and mold, mind you I have asthma! They did not help us at all! They do not care about the health and living of there Tenants!!! For the first month we lived there we had to listen to a crying puppy daily from the apt above us. We reported in 2x b/c pets are not allowed butthey did nothing. They asked them if they had a dog and they said no, who is going to admit to that. So they ignored it and we continued to listen to the crying puppy!!! Ugh I am so happy we are finally living elsewhere
