We are coming up on the end of our lease with this crap hole and can't wait to get out. When we came to see the "model" apartment, we were thrilled with the prospect, but that soon changed. Camden has you sign the lease before they will show you the actual apartment you will be living in. They will tell you that they can't show you the apt because the leaving tenants are still there or it has to be cleaned, when in reality, they don't want you to back out. We asked to see our apt prior to signing the papers, but were given so many excuses. When we did in fact get to see the apt, I was so sickened. The apt looked like a cheap Motel 6 studio, you know the ones from the 70's......the kitchen appliances were old. The cabinets are just barely hanging. We have a huge problem with MOLD in our bathroom. My boyfriend and I have both acquired breathing problems due to this. Maintenance will come out and "try" to fix any problem you have, but only half ass. We have had our garbage disposal back up several times and they never fix the problem, completely.

Partying by the college idiots is rampant. Loud music can be heard daily, until the early morning hours. Calling security gets you no where. They say they will pass it along, but don't. There are break ins and car vandalism going on daily. We have experienced both, twice. It is not uncommon to go to the parking garage and see someone's car missing tires, windows broken or gone completely.

Mgmt for this property, rarely answers their phone. When we went in to give our 30 day notice, they asked for a reason for leaving, when we gave them one, we were basically told that they take care of all problems reported. After our comment about their lack of response or care, the girl literally became a royal -----.

This is NOT the place to live, if you are a family oriented person, working class professional or upstanding abiding citizen. Please do not let the beauty of the pool and model apartments fool you. You pay high dollar rent for a crappy apartment, which will probably have all the issues I outlined above if not more. You will lose sleep and probably some valuables while living here, not to mention the fact your car insurance will rocket after all the claims you have to submit.

One last note, due to the amount of college idiots living here or the fact OCC is across the street, there is a lot of dope smoking, be prepared to smell this daily, while resting in your OWN unit. Also, on a daily basis you can see drug deals taking place and on two occasions, we have been approached in the elevator and while walking back from doing laundry about purchasing weed. Do you really want your family or kids exposed to this'
