I am a current resident here in building D- Run as fast as you can- never never rent. First there is urine in the elevator in the washers and dryers- just come to the complex on a tour look in any washer at the soap dispenser you will see the mold. There are people having sex in the pool in the afternoon. In my 12 month tour I had a female neighbor who actually was running back and forth from her unit to the elevator naked as the day she was born. There has been an increase in the last 6 months of several empty beer bottles and HUGE holes in the walls in the stairwells- and gang writing. Please dont touch the carpet in the elavator or the rails in the stairwells as you wont know what you just touched. There has also been a confirmed rape in this complex in the last 9 months- the lighting is almost not visable- this is not a safe complex- Young girls PLEASE use any caution if you are even thinking of this place- visit the complex at night you will see for yourself.
