I have lived here for 14 months and mind you I am a college student, 22,F, and even I was bothered by all the noise and parties here. Whats worse is somebody is always moving and the trucks are all over the property. I have encountered a few areas of vomit ( disgusting) on the grass up front or the stair well at the elevator. The apartment itself is fine except for some wierd things. My bathroom water smells like sewage. I dont know if it the cities problem or the pipes or what but it is disgusting. And I would sound like a complete loon if I told the office about the smelly water since it comes and goes. Safety wise, i have not seen break ins or anything and I have never felt unsafe, sometimes I think people overreact to what they call gangs or dangerous people. If a guy is in a white tank hes not a gang banger, relax, there are just a bunch of drunken college kids here. Look out for your safety just as you would anywhere else, even if you are in a high end neighborhood you need to be cautious, grow up people. All in all, the price is too high for what you are getting apartment, and living experience. Go elsewhere.

This is a very accurate assessment of the apartment complex. I have a recurring mold issue in my unit as well, due to the poor job they did caulking the tub. The staff is friendly until you sign the lease. Once you have signed on and started paying rent, the front office staff is surly, rude, and reluctant to assist. My lease is up in a month and a half, I can't wait to move out.
