Camden Sea Palms - great place

I think these are really great apartments. It's a small complex built around 1993. There are 1 bedroom, 2 bed/1 bath and mostly 2 bed/2 bath apartments here. You have to drive thru a lower class neighborhood to get here but the complex itself is around the corner from that and hidden away. Some of the apts. have an ocean view (third floor, mostly.) Each 2 bedroom apt. has a stackable washer/dryer IN THE APT!! (1 bedrooms have to use laundry room) and that beats luggin laundry around.
The apts. are well maintained and are being upgraded with built in microwaves over the stove. They also have a dishwasher and central ac/heat. It seems to me it's mostly yuppies living here and it's pretty quiet, no kids running around out of control and radios blasting away. There are only 2 people in the office but they've been really helpful and responsonsive. I appreciate the fact they do let me know if maintenance can't get to me immediately - with other apartments you NEVER hear from anyone and you never get any apologies.
There are 3 floors but there is elevator access. I like the fact that no one else's front door is facing mine, or next to mine and that offers alot of privacy.
I definetly recommend you check this place out.
