Awesome place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/12/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002   Look forward to getting your deposit back!!! Very secure, parking is easy to find, prompt maintenance is a given. However, rent controls not in place. My rent went up about $150.00 after my first year. Overall though, for the money and considering it's Orange County it's really worth it.
