Poor Managment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   The promises of "Living Excellence" is highly exagerrated. The turnover in office staff is constant. It is next to impossible to get anyone by phone and when you stop by the office rarely is anyone in. The property is maintained by ONE repairman, which makes it impossible to have a work order done timely. The visitor parking area is small (10 spaces)and frequently occupied with resident vehicles. Park at your own risk as they do tow quickly!
