I lived here at Camden Sea Palms for a year. Brett, the former manager, was awesome! If a tenant needed something done, he was right there to fix it for you. He actually listened and wanted to here concerns for the residents. He had the streets in front of the complex opened up; which was hard work in its own dealing with the City of Costa Mesa. Guests and redsidents with more than 2-3 vehicles now had a lot more room to park after that. Parking was never an issue until the last 2 months I redided there. I had to call the towing company 4 times because somebody parked in my assigned space. What is it with peolpe and not respecting other people's property' Moreover, the new Manager, whom I will not say her name, had a fake personality and didn't ever follow up with the problems I encountered the last weeks I resided there. As the weeks went by, new residents moved. It seemed like more and more signifigantly-large-families or roomate-situated-residentcies of 4-6 persons per one bedroom, were growing by the day. The noise became very annoying: large college-kid parties, lowrider cars booming their music at all times of the NIGHT and DAY, and kids screaming and playing around with the elevators led me to leave to what was becoming a new safe haven for minorities and college parties.... Anyways, this complex is very nice depending on the location you rent in the complex.
