it's honestly not bad... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   i rather live here than the camden martinique. it's party central there...here it's more laid back. the price is a bit high...but it's well worth. what mold' what ants' what spiders' i've been living here for 4 months and i have not seen any insects inside the apartment. they're only outside..duh. parking is limited here. but there are spots outside the complex on the street. but you gotta hurry...it goes by fast. personally though. i hated my apartment location. i have neighbors next to me who play their music..bass at its max...2 in the morning. and the neighbor's upstairs play their television at its max early in the morning. and i think they have a treadmill...because i hear this constant pounding above..which shakes our bedroom door. so we need to put a door stop to stop the door from shaking. there's a school next to us so we wake up to kids screaming during their recess time. i love the fact that pets are allowed here. i'm an animal lover so i had no problems with that. all in all...the apartment is all right. i recommend it more than other places.
