As far as cleanliness, the insude was fine. No mold, lol. Ouside there was always dog poop. The guy who parked next to me had writings on his bkack windows that advertised the gang hes was in... one of the words in a logo type thing was "KILL". Nice, huh. The management was very nice, just exremely unorganized. I never had a problem with untimely maintenance. Parking is horrendous, you can't ever have visitors unless they don't mind walking far. Also, there are posts in your parking stalls that make it so that you cannot open the back car doors easily. AND NOISY GENERATORS! There were 2 generators outside my livingroom window and 2 were outside my bedroom window. I should have known this when I looked at the place but they also should have been pointed out to me. They were VERY irritating! The hot water pipes ran under the floor in the master bedroom and since the air conditioning didn't work in that room it was always very hot in there, and with the generators you couldn't leave the window open so... it sucked either way.
The walls are very thin, and the apts are situated so that you aren't sure which apt to complain to, you're surrounded my many diff apts instead of just one on each side. They sit in odd directions so that made it hard to tell where the noise was coming from. TV's, babies, crying, generators, etc. Too expensive for the noise factor. Alo, there is very, very minimal cabinet space.
