I give it a 4 out of 10 From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   In my apartment things were always not working correctly. Each apartment seemed to be different and nothing was up to date nor state of the art. They want to raise the rent 200 dollars and I think for that place 1625 was unacceptable. The only good thing was that I was able to have a dog. Rowena was horrible. only did things if there was a man present. (I happened to have a guy roommate), when Amy came in it was better, at least she didn't play favorites to the men. She was very professional.
