I lived here for 2 yrs. Went through several manager. Was tricked into renting what I thought was a 2 bd with vaulted ceilings. Was never allowed to see the unit before I rented. Ended up with 1/12 rooms (literally!), no vaulted ceilings and the smallest 2 bd floor plan in the complex for the highest rent. Found this out after some research. Plus, the painted counter tops(!!!) started peeling off the day we moved in and were never fixed. Noise was not so bad at first but quickly went downhill. Police are there ever weekend, including gang unit. Lots of parties and fights. If you live anywhere near the pool area expect to be woken up at all hours of the night. I agree with other post that management has no concern for how much they inconvenience you. Left after they wanted to raise my rent to $1900/mo. Moved to Irvine and rented a huge condo for the same amount. Don't waste your money.
