Great Location, Ants and POOR management are taking over From: MovNoutOFtheCAVE Date posted: 3/5/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   My wife and moved here in Aug 02 and are moving out in March 03 (7 Mo), The management here is horrible. All they are concerned about getting the rent check and keeping employees there, and honestly could give a fat rats ass about there tenants needs.The grounds are ok, but not kept up as should be. Everytime it rains expect 1000's of ants everywhere!!! When you call management on it, the typical response is, " Thers nothing we can do about it now is there'" The parking here is horrible, everyone and there brother parks here whether on the lease or not. I do have to say the location is good, right across the street from Metro Pointe (Movies, Restaurants(Karl Strauss is awesome), Shopping etc..). The time not to be on the streets is around Halloween thru New Years, traffic is horrible being that is so close to South Coast Plaza. All it has going for it location. Look elsewhere before signing.
