over priced for little service From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/30/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I actually love the location. The pool is constantly littered with debree from the landscaping. people are always dropping their trash in front of the trash bins . They'll have their friends come at all hours of the day or night and honk for them and i mean all hours. the place is rarely quiet.I moved in 2/2003 they didnt start to heat the pool till after may. There arent enough laundry rooms often you go to one of the rooms and all the dryers or washers are being used. For the amount they charge to live there the grounds arent kept very nicely. They actually told my roommate and myself if we dont patch the nail holes and repaint before we leave they will deduct it from our deposit. they just left a notice telling us that if we dont pay the rent by 5pm on the due date we will be charge a late fee.
