Cape Apartments

Stay away! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I have been living at the Cape for several years now and I have noticed a gradual decline in the quality. Parking has become a nightmare, don't expect a spot if you get home after 9 at night. The insulation between apartments is nonexistent, you can hear everything that goes on in the next apartment. The gates on this "gated community" are always broken. And finally don't expect any help from the staff in the office. Arnel seems to rotate their staff every few weeks.
