Good location and atmosphere From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I agree that you can hear others quite easily. But the office staff has always been helpful. The maintenance staff does, start too early, I mean 7am' I can't stand that. But the parking and office are quick to react on problems. They are turning over the bad tenants too. My only complaint is that its a little to pricey for the amenties that are offered. If you move to Irvine, you can get a washer/dryer and workout room for less than here.
