Good location, terrible staff

Although the location is ideal, the people who work in the office are very disorganized and care little about their tenants. Moving out was an absolute nightmare. I had the place professionally cleaned (it was spotless!), but the management company would not give me my deposit back. It was cleaner when I left than when I moved in, and yet the theives kept my money. Their lack of good judgement is causing me to write this review, thus I am hoping to discourage people from renting there. Turnabout is fair play!
VERY dishonest management company. Irvine Apartment Communities is the only mgmt. company I have any respect for. I have lived in two complexes they operate and have been nothing but pleased.
