Litter Bugs! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I live in Costa Mesa. I was surprised to see bootlegs popping up all over this community. I called the number, which was listed, to find out who was to blame for littering all over Costa Mesa. It was this horrible complex. The Cape's bootlegs are a disgrace! Can't you think of a better way to market your apartment complex' Instead, they have to litter all over Costa Mesa. I feel sad for the people who live at The Cape. Do they know their rent money is used to litter in the community in which they live' Instead of paying fines for the bootlegs, maybe you can use the money for marketing.
