This is probably the worst place that I have ever lived. The first problem that I had after moving in was that the apartment wasn't set up the way it was shown in the model. No mirrored doors on the closets, carpet was clean but worn out, cabinets were banged up and scratched, etc. There is no storage at all. The parking was terrible when I moved in and got slightly better by the time I left. The staff was rude and didn't offer much help with problems that were brought to their attention. The thing that finally prompted me to write this review was getting only about a third of my deposit back! The apartment was not perfect when I left, but it wasn't close to being perfect when I moved in either. To any potential renters- look hard before "settling" for the Cape. I moved a mile away and can't even believe I settled before at The Cape.
