Cape Apartments

Objective opinion From: jasonmdarr@gmail.com Date posted: 1/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 3 responses   After reading these reviews it is clear that many of these reviews have agendas to them. My biggest compliant with the Cape is the massive amount of leaves copnstantly blowing aropund from these trees that shed there leaves all the time. The location is great. getting to have a wall that isn't white is nice as well. The pool is not a party zone at all I live right by it. The walls in general are sound proof. I do hear the people up stairs but that is going to be same in any complex. The security has been nice and having an office open everyday until 7 is nice as well. Whats not nice' Paying 1250 for a small one bedroom but that is southern california. It's true you get what you pay for.
