all because of poor management company- Arnel. Recently sued and lost millions by state attorney gen ofc and still not living-up to ethical, honest practices.
On-site staff-WONDERFUL! But their hands are tied by BAD corporate policy.
BEWARE: 1-"sold-out" sins in the rental ofc for floorplans. This is not true. Instead this is used an an incentive to negotiate higher rents.
Reality 1. More vacant units than ever!
BEWARE: 2. If you are in the mood to Negotiate pricing (similar to used car lot tactics) then pay attention to the fine print on the common "6 month discount on rent" on a 12 month lease option. Read the fine print many stipulations-often resulting in a minimum of at least one-month of jacked-up rent higher than original too high price.
Recommendations: Pay rent with a cashiers check only! Many banks offer an unlimited money-order and cashiers check option for minimal price $5 per month. Beacuse: Even if you pay rent early- as i do there are occassions when they will deposit it late. so if you have a situation such as lost wallet as i did-and requested to deposit another check so i could close my jeopardized bank account when my wallet was stolen. They will not work with you. I offered money orders and checks to no avail. I had to leave the minimum amount in my account to cover the rent check-but... Instead i waitined over a week for them to clear my check- oin the meantime, by the time they did... the bank could not keep up with the fraudulent charges coming through. While my bank was kind and professional enough to credit my account the rental property would not. They made one attempt to deposit it (the bank verified this) even though the management lied and stated they make more than one attempt. then they charged the original full rent price along with additional $25 per day Late charges. Even though i was in communication about this matter with both the on-site office AND corporate, -one week before rent was due, i did not recieve notice of these additional fees until 20 days later half way into the month. In the end i paid over $500 additional $$$.
Also, after you spend your lease term here the rent is increased $100 mo. if you choose to stay another 12 months and $200 for 6months.

Glad that I found this website because I was about to select this apartment to live temporary with my wife and child. The majority of the opinions on this apartment are negatives so I'll rethink about this place hard.
