OKay so i moved here almost a year ago and i dont have too many complaints so far.

Parking- if you dont have a sticker for inside the gates... goodluck. there is barely ever parking in the visitor area.. BUT on the other side of the cape is the arnel business building and has a huge parking lot with 845 empty spaces... they will first give you a warning nodice then ticket you if you park there and then tow you. but my friends park out there all the time and sleep over and none of them have even got a warning or a ticket yet.

its a pretty nice area and everything is close that you need. my biggest complaint is the price for how small the apartment is.

also everything looks nice from the outside but inside the apartment everything is kind of cheaply made.

noise is not usually a problem i have people over all the time... it just usually depends on your neighbors and they bitchy they are.

I was thinking to select this apartment but saw bunch of negatives about this place that make me have a second thought. Wondering if you still like this apartment? Thanks. Michael

I pretty much agree with your review -- I just posted one today. size wise I don't think the place is THAT small, but I feel like a lot of space was wasted on the master bedroom and on the big dining area that could have been used elsewhere (like a slightly bigger second bedroom or slightly bigger kitchen)
